For Another Time — Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the For Another Time app, made by [YOUR NAME] ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms. For apps from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. What For Another Time does

In For Another Time you save things you might want later. The app brings an item back when it matters — for example when a price drops, when you're nearby, or when a trip is coming up.

2. Prices and information from shops

• Prices, availability and product information come from shops' public pages. We do our best to keep them accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee they are always correct or complete.
• The price and conditions on the shop's own website always apply. We are not a party to any purchase you make from a shop.
• A notification or suggestion in the app ("now is a good time", "this sale isn't a real deal") is a helpful hint, not a guarantee.
• Some shops don't allow automated checks. We can't track prices for their products.

3. Your account

• You can use the app without an account. Your items are then stored in an anonymous account linked to this iPhone. If you delete the app without signing in, you may lose those items.
• If you sign in, you are responsible for the security of the account you sign in with (for example your Google account).
• You can delete your account at any time in the app. This also deletes all your saved items.

4. Free version and Another Time+

• The free version lets you keep up to [5] active items.
• Another Time+ is a monthly or yearly subscription purchased through the App Store. You see the current price in the app before you buy.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms.
• If a free trial is offered and you don't cancel in time, the paid subscription starts automatically afterwards.

5. What you may not do

For Another Time is for personal use. You may not misuse the app or our server — for example by creating accounts in bulk, overloading the service, circumventing security, or using the app for anything unlawful.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep For Another Time working well and without interruption, but we can't guarantee it. We may change, add or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will let you know well in advance.

7. Liability

For Another Time is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by incorrect price information, a missed notification, or the app being temporarily unavailable. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy on this website (privacy).

9. Changes

We may change these terms. We publish the new version on this page. For important changes we let you know in the app.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Questions or complaints? Email foranotertime@gmail.com. If we can't resolve it together, consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
